Even a CEO, VP, director-level executive has some &#8216;stuff&#8217; and insecurities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal development is my biggest passion. Because of self-awareness and a lot of self-work on rewiring brain, overcoming destructive thoughts and conscious thinking, I flipped the script and migrated to secure attachment. There hasn&#8217;t been an empirical neuroscience journal with evidence that a person&#8217;s personality and attachment style formed between a parent-child can be changed. Most findings argue that attachment style remains permanent and consistent across adulthood, as a template for social relationships based on the emotional bond we formed with our primary caregivers. <br><br>What sets human beings apart from other mammals: resilience, perseverance and adaptability. Our thoughts, perceptions of ourselves and the world determine the behaviors, actions we will take. Different actions lead to different outcomes in life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;The way you feel about yourself, determines what happens in your life.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Happiness is a conscious choice, not a feeling. I want to share my experience and knowledge of flipping the script. I strongly desire to help people unlock happiness, ignite life purpose-help people navigate through challenges with clarity and peace. We are not stuck with what we have. What is given to us, whether it&#8217;s personality, negative voices of parents, friends and past relationships-doesn&#8217;t define us. We can turn things around, how tomorrow looks like, is 100% in our control. While we cannot control the outcomes in life, the perceptions and feelings of others, we have full control of our own perceptions, self-beliefs, self-awareness and forming conscious thinking and reframing thinking  to reshape a magical tomorrow for the next chapter of our life. <br><br>Ready to supercharge your life with unmatched happiness?
